1. Before starting the diesel engine, check whether the mechanical system and hydraulic system, water level of the water tank and the oil level of the diesel engine are normal. After 3 minutes of low-speed no-load operation, you can start to work in 5 minutes.

2, the machine chassis is driven by hydraulic motor, hydraulic stepless speed regulation. By adjusting the diesel engine speed and fuel supply (manual valve control), different stroke speeds can be obtained. The front and rear handles of the combined valve are pushed forward and pulled back so that the chassis moves forward and backward. The rest of the lower pressure arm lifting cylinder, upper frame cross cylinder, column pitching cylinder, lifting arm telescopic cylinder, each has a combined valve handle control, push the handle forward, make the cylinder piston rod elongation, and then pull the piston back.

3, after arriving at the scene, check whether the column is vertical, if not vertical can be used to tilt the oil tank (or tilt rod) and transverse screw adjustment, the cable lock on both sides of the column, the pile displacement should be observed at any time.

4. Adjust the longitudinal position of the chassis and the transverse position of the column so that the column reaches the calibration position.

5. Lift the hydraulic hammer to the top of the pile, place the lower part of the steel pipe pile at the pile position, align the top of the hydraulic hammer with the bottom of the pile head, press the steel pipe pile, and then open the hammer head to drive the pile. The pile head maintains the pressure of the steel pipe pile until the steel pipe pile reaches the specified size.
