The Influence of Galvanizing Quality on the Life of Highway Guardrail

1. Surface roughness of galvanized steel: When iron zinc alloy is used excessively or unevenly distributed, it can develop and affect the roughness of the surface of the highway guardrail. There may be some white rust on the surface. Highway guardrail  with white rust can make people feel severely corroded. White powder is not zinc layer rust, only needs weak acid treatment and cleaning.

2. When galvanizing galvanized highway guardrail , if the residual water in the industrial environment contains chlorides, sulfides, or the zinc content in the galvanizing is too high, the galvanizing solution must be replaced or cooled, and the zinc slag must be recovered to prevent the zinc particles from being too dense.
