Fault 4 Slow frequency and weak operation:
Cause 1 Nitrogen leaks and the pressure is insufficient. Use a nitrogen manometer to check and keep the nitrogen pressure at 1.2Mpa
Reason 2 Lack of hydraulic oil, elimination method to add hydraulic oil.
Cause 3 The oil suction filter is blocked. Troubleshooting Method Remove the blockage, clean it, or replace it.
Cause 4 The pump does not suck oil. The solution is to solve the leakage of the suction pipe or the drying of the suction pipe. A vacuum cannot be formed to fill the suction pipe with oil.
Cause 5 The safety valve fails or the adjustment pressure is low. Replace the spring of the safety valve or adjust the pressure to 16Mpa.
Reason 6 fence piling oil cylinder seal is poor, elimination method check or replace the sealing ring
